| PAYMENT POLICIES DogCreek Tannery requires a 50% deposit (of estimated invoice) upon shipment of skins. For flat skins charged by the square foot, the following deposit amounts apply: steer/bison $200 all other flat skins $100 Please enclose with your shipping form. When your skins are received, you will be notified with a listing of all types, numbers, and condition of the skins received. Please notify us within ten (10) working days after your notification if there are any discrepancies or problems. Once your order has entered the final processing stage, you will be invoiced for the final charges including freight (if required). After receiving your payment, your skins will be shipped. There will be a $25.00 fee on returned checks. There will be a $25.00 fee on returned shipments. Accounts over 30 days past invoice are subject to storage and late fees. Merchandise not claimed after 60 days becomes tannery property. All items may be discarded and the invoice will remain due. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS DogCreek Tannery utilizes coded shipping forms to identify your shipment before it's arrival, increasing package tracking and to expedite the receiving process. Upon your request for a shipping form, we will obtain information to help generate your code. Once we have coded your form, it will be emailed to you for you to print, fill out and enclose with your shipment. Clients that print their shipping form from our website: please contact us for your shipping code and write it at the top of the form. All uncoded shipments received will be coded upon arrival in the order received. Only salted and dried hides are to be shipped (unless prior arrangements are made). DO NOT SHIP IN PLASTIC!! Any size order may be dropped off at our facility in Claremore, Oklahoma. Bulk orders may be dropped off at our Shipping and Receiving Facility in Dallas/Ft Worth, Texas.
